Enterprise Builder

The Silva Group is looking for an enterprise builder to develop our Inside Sales division.  We have several ISAs who have proven the concept, and now we want to build an entire inside sales division and hire the right candidate to take it to the next level.

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit?  Are you someone who is a great leader, a big thinker, loves challenges, and is willing to grow a division from the ground floor?  Can you motivate your teammates to be part of something much bigger than their own individual efforts? Do you have a background growing early stage opportunities into world class operations?  If so, we should meet.

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in either school admissions, career services representative, telemarketing, sales, bill collection, or recruiting,.

You must be outgoing, goal oriented, and willing to hold others accountable and be held accountable as well.

Compensation is salary plus bonuses and will be based on individual experience.  If you want to earn LESS than a six figure income, this isn’t the position for you.
