Trulia has recently announced its Trulia neighborhood awards for 2018, known as, the “Neigbhborlys”. These awards have used the website’s reviews to rank some of the top neighborhoods for major cities around the country!

Friendliest Neighborhood: East Falls

Located in northwest Philadelphia, this area has tons to offer locals. Recent redevelopment has meant the area is experiencing a reinvigoration; featuring beautiful foliage and an abundance of amenities all within quick driving distance from much of Philly.

Those who have chosen to call East Falls home have a distinct sense of pride in their neighborhood. It’s walkable, laid back, and clean.
